And some we have to step up and claim in order to become the next version of ourselves.

Through movement, deep somatics, ritual, devotional practices, identity work, shadow work, and more, you will artistically weave the woman you are becoming, with golden threads of the woman you have been.

Our rhythm will mirror the solar seasons, tracking Equinoxes, Solstices and the Fire Festivals inbetween.
|We begin at Samhain (Halloween), ushering ourselves straight into the Yin Seasons, and we will end after the peak of Summer Solstice, catapulted forward by the momentum we have created - into a timeline of our own birthing.

Deryn is a seasoned Coach, Guide & Facilitator, who has been supporting men and women to reconnect with themselves in ever deeper way through various portals:

- Through the portal of the body, as a Deep Body somatics guide
- Through the portal of the womb, as an ICF coach in somatics for the Female Nervous System
- Through the portal of deep listening, as a Time to Think facilitator
- Through the portal of teaching
- Through the portal of the Enneagram, as an Enneagram coach
To name a few.
With 20+ years in corporate in the world of Human Resources, Culture building and Organisational change, she has a rock-solid foundation of working with individuals and collectives to facilitate lasting transformation.
She is an avid student who has 1 foot in the world of commerce, and 1 foot in devotion to the feminine mysteries.
Her life and work is constant, dynamic weaving of these two key threads.
